Yeah, nothing meshes here at all. Colour on the jacket to the pants to the shoes looks bad, shoes are way out of place, and the cargo pants just bunch up everywhere, just generally looks really sloppy. I think every fit that you've posted with those cargo pants has failed because of the fit of the pants. If you just wore jeans or navy trousers.. even grey trousers.. it would look a lot better IMO.
Edit: Dunno why no one has commented on Moo's fit yet.. so I guess I'll state the obvious:
Old man legs + designer high tops with shorts = massive fail.
You look like you could be a stunt double for Dimebag Darrel
Keep the sneakers low, and the shirt sleeves short/rolled up.
