Without makeup or camera tricks, the only things about her face that likely rate highly are her skin and eyes. Other than that, it's not particularly feminine. Her body, for now, probably would be praised by anyone.

Most women Katy Perry's age should look attractive with little or no makeup, but the reality is that too many are out of shape, don't take good care of their skin, and don't get enough exercise.
Russell Brand is attractive enough for Katy Perry. His dirty rock star look might repulse some, but he seems to be a naturally good-looking guy. Apparently, this is him in a cleaner style.
