So I know summers almost over and I have a few of these I'm selling. I sold a few last year on ebay and got around $170 for some in like new conditon. I have some listed now and nothing. I don't think too many people know about these jeans except Beckham and Kate Holmes. So my question is has this brand died out or what. I think these jeans are amazing and the quality is 10x's better than Diesel and looks alot better than A.P.C. (only good in raw) I don't think I'm asking alot I mean they go for $290 and up so what's going on?

Is that a marked down sale price of $200 at the Co-op or is this their new recession proof price points? I doubt these jeans cost that low. PRPS in my opinion is exclusive and not everyone here knows.

Don't flatter yourself; everyone knows. I can't speak for the general population but their fits are too relaxed for my tastes and their washes are a little severe.

i like the prps new fit/tight fit raw jeans they are badass.

they are similar to somet 003 straight fits in a few ways.

i dont like prps variety of washed jeans they have horrible predistressing. the washes themselves are good though.

i dont like their impala or loose cut.

anything is still hot if you can make it work on you and it is mostly about your own body though

Prps are my favorite jeans. I'm certainly in the minority here, but their Impala/Loose cut is one of my favorites. The have some really great washes but often go a little too far by adding a stain, paint splatter, or hole that isn't necessary. I quite like the knee darts, a unique, dsitinctive feature. Denim and construction is top notch.

Do you have anything to compare the Impala cut to? I am thinking of trying these but wonder if they are an actual loose fit or more of a straight leg fit.

+1

I got an earlier edition (can't recall the name) of PRPS at mauro's first creation and they are still the "go to's" Its ladened with features galore - studs, signature patch, folded back pocket, animal print lined pockets, elephant-monkey- and gun stencils...they are classics. The Barracudas are also nice.

While their faded jeans look pretty trashy at $300, yeah the raw prps denim is really really nice, with the purple selvedge, the denim itself fades beautifully. Picked up a pair of the tight fits in raw about two years ago and they are wonderful, they stretch a lot though. Very soft hand, zimbabwe cotton, too many details to count. They are a bit easier to find now than a few years ago, probably why the demand is down.

PRPS is a legit brand like EVISU japan. doesn't get a lot of play here though
