if you dig design, and judging from your posting in this thread i would guess you do, do yourself a favor and check out his site. I think I posted it earlier in this thread but it's paul-rand.com you'll be amazed if you're unfamiliar with his work.
Supposedly, when the logo was first presented to company executives, Fred Smith, the founder, was the only one to see the arrow.

I don't approve of arms that weren't issued by a monarch. Or at least a head of state.
It's ironic that the most aesthetically pleasing flags are those of our enemies. It's not as if the Nazis can take credit for designing that emblem, as we all know its an ancient Buddhist symbol, but regardless the flag is incredibly well-designed.
