50 mixtapes were really good he super commercial and sort of clownish now but he proved himself .

The best part of this list is that everyone potentially deserves to be on it. Me not liking their rapping style has nothing to do with them being the worst rapper ever.

To be the best ever, you have to show excellence and consistency. No one hit wonder will ever be considered the "best ever".

To be the "worst ever" you just have to screw up and suck once.
