Or after she graduates college or gets a legit job. Most people seem to dress better when they finally get a job that requires them to look good and they get some more money, but it doesn't seem like that's gonna happen.

as long as she is clean and hygenic i wouldnt worry about the clothes...

dressing homeless is acceptable, as long as you wash the clothes, brush your teeth two-three times a day and shower at least once a day
