You are probably to old. You will not reach a professional level. Maybe you'll have fun.

Any thoughts?

I practice break dancing, hip-hop, jazz and salsa in my freetime. While pretty strenuous, I don't see any problem with someone who is 30 learning anything besides break dancing. If you are in decent shape (not more than a couple pounds overweight), it should take about 2-3 months to get the flexibility you need to start rudimentary jazz steps. I don't think you'll be doing layouts or hitch kicks any time soon, but you'll get a basic understanding of the fundamentals with ease.

Hmm, on second thoughts, it's definitely a performance dance style and not really a "hobby dance" style.

That looks like ballet mixed with jazz mixed with random expressions

you could have dance recitals or join a local performance group as a hobby. a lot of the technical stuff is based on ballet so you might want to start there. also flexibility just requires practice. you might not be a professional or make a lot of money off of it, but i dont' think that's what you're looking to do.
