1) There's no guaranteeing the authenticity of any well-known fashion brand on ebay, especially Hermes ties.
Just to add a tip: Hermes often has 1 or 2 sales per year with 40% off on ties (this is why a lot of Hermes tie on eBay has buy it now price of $120-$140)2) Buy them at retail in a Hermes store if you are worried about fakes.
Depends, I am a collector. And hence I do care that much about owning Hermes tie.4) If you care that much about owning Hermes ties, you have bigger issues.
Hi guys
Not quite true, there are some sellers on ebay that specializes in Hermes only. And their stuffs are guaranteed to be authentic. Also, the amount of fake Hermes ties decrease significantly during last year.
Good advice. But even then, I would rather be sure and buy them from the store than risk paying big for a counterfeit.Just to add a tip: Hermes often has 1 or 2 sales per year with 40% off on ties (this is why a lot of Hermes tie on eBay has buy it now price of $120-$140)
Point taken. I was speaking directly to Glados in that post, but I understand why a collector would look to continue his collection via ebay.Depends, I am a collector. And hence I do care that much about owning Hermes tie.
Hermes:
I am regardless very wary of any ebay "designer" merch. Good advice. But even then, I would rather be sure and buy them from the store than risk paying big for a counterfeit. Point taken. I find it amusing that a man who cant handle Braces because they're too '80's wallstreet' is looking to buy Hermes ties.
three actually.
I find it amusing that a man who cant handle Braces because they're too '80's wallstreet' is looking to buy Hermes ties. Fock.....thats alot of irony. I would buy it from the Hermes store, because part of the fun of buying luxury goods comes from buying them at a place like Hermes.
You've made a complete hypocritical prick of yourself in this thread . . .
Your wish is my command.. . . why don't you stop posting in it now?
