When I say tidy and tighty, they sound the exact same. It's awkward to really pronounce the t at the end of tighty. But then again I guess I say "widy".

I always thought it was tighty too.

Last Saturday a girl asked me, "So did you actually look in a mirror before leaving the house today?" I prefer to think she was "negging" me, as the kids call it.

Some people asked me throughout Saturday where I got my Wayfakers. Unfortunately, they had penises, so it meant nothing to me.

"Holy ****...chic."

Indirectly someone asking my friend in regards to me:
"Who is that Power Gay you were with last night?"

I've had a couple of sort of complements in the past two days from people I work with - one had to do with a pocket square. it is amazing how going from all white cotton pockets squares to collored packet squares attracts attention. the other asked me how I managed to look so nice when I travel in so many diffent climates on the same trip.

a really odd one the other day. waiting to cross the street, wearing white w/red-blue check shirt, navy prince of wales trousers, burgundy Church's loafers, burgundy braces and the guy next to me says "I like your look", the guy being a huge 300 lb Middle Eastern/swarthy looking fella wearing nylon running shorts, tshirt and sneakers. I say "thanks man" and he says something to the effect of "you don't see anyone with personal style anymore but you got it going on". flattering, if not a bit surreal.

People seem to be 'getting' the look I'm going for, telling me I look classic, my friend's mother told me I looked like a poet which is very close to how I'd like to look. Also straight hair apparently 'suits me'.

I appreciate the feedback; while I have a very clear direction and trust in my own fashion sense, the eyes of someone without my particular bias/predispositions (as much as I push to see past them, it is to some degree invedible) can help me see things in another light.
