Props to scnupe7 though, it's a pretty comprehensive list.

They killed it with that Reppin Time beat

yeah Timbaland has made some great hip hop beats in the past, but not so much as of late...other than 50's "Ayo Technology" which is his best and most infectious single since "In The Club"...so i cited him for music producer, a more general category. His pop/R&B work is superior to his hip hop catalogue overall. But for some underrated Timbaland hip hop production check Jay-Z's "Vol 3 Life & Times of shawn carter" one of the less mentioned discs in Hova's discography...the beat switch on "Come and Get Me" is a MONSTERRRRRR, and "Snoopy Track" is what i imagine a combination of a lot of different drugs would look like in musical format.

a more recent, but still pretty old and goodie is also missy f/ jay-z's 'wake up'...along with the neptunes' beat for "Grindin" are two of the finest displays of minimalism working effectively in hip hop production

i also think someone who has been coming up in recent years, though not as prolific yet but deserves a mention is DJ Toomp. Has nailed pretty much anything he's made as of late...the way he flips Prince on Shawty Redd's "What the Deal" does the purple one justice.

Vol Three was a weak album. I didn't know Timb did Come and Get Me, which was a really good beat. That song he did on the Blueprint was wack though. My fav collab between Jay and Tim was either Big Pimpin or Lobster and Shrimp. Overall I know little to nothing about Tims pop beat as I do not isten to any of the artist he produces.

we have different tastes then...Hola Hovito, the lone Timbaland produced track on The Blueprint was a very funky gem imo.

Trite commercialism not to mention pandering to that Latino buying power everyone thought would kick in, in those days.

No love for the definitive new school sound, a.k.a. Marley Marl?

RZA probably has the best "run" of consecutive entirely produced albums out of any hip hop producer: Enter the 36 Chambers, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, Liquid Swords, Ironman, and half of Wu-Tang Forever...that is no easy feat. The closest that comes to this is Dr. Dre with Niggaz4Life, The Chronic and Doggystyle (how come they don't do these any more? With the exception of Clipse albums, I can hardly name any album in the past 10 years entirely done by one producer. Even Kanye's albums after College Dropout have a lot of assistance from co-producers.)
