yeah Timbaland has made some great hip hop beats in the past, but not so much as of late...other than 50's "Ayo Technology" which is his best and most infectious single since "In The Club"...so i cited him for music producer, a more general category. His pop/R&B work is superior to his hip hop catalogue overall. But for some underrated Timbaland hip hop production check Jay-Z's "Vol 3 Life & Times of shawn carter" one of the less mentioned discs in Hova's discography...the beat switch on "Come and Get Me" is a MONSTERRRRRR, and "Snoopy Track" is what i imagine a combination of a lot of different drugs would look like in musical format.Originally Posted by Fade to Black
