Your thoughts on jacket fit?

I know it gets asked a lot, but that's only cause it's really helpful. So, could I get some thoughts on this jacket? I know the sleeves are too short, that should be an easy fix, but what else? Are the quarters too closed? Can/should anything be done about this? I should probably take the waist in a bit, no? Looks like I have a 2" drop instead of my regular 8" in those pictures The camera was at a low angle for some of these pictures. It looks too tight in the chest. For those inclined to disagree, that jacket is traditional-looking and not made for the "slim" look.

Not to me, but it does look like he has a slightly over-erect shoulders-back posture (looking at the back compared to the chest) which might give that impression. Might be just for the pictures though, that's a common habit.
