Im looking for stores that sell XS clothing online at a reasonable price. I know gap does but im not a fan.
The only other ones I know are JCrew and Rugby.
Are there any others?

Zara, BR online off the top of my head. Consider made to measure, online or in person.

Uniqlo has an e-mail ordering system now. It's quaint but it works

I'm in the same boat as you.

-EXPRESS sells decent clothing. I like that their dress shirts are available in store in XS sizes in some what of an abundance. Prices are typically about $100 for 2 shirts, but shirts on clearance can be had for usually about $30 (I managed to pick some up for $11.99). IMHO, this is all I would buy if I had the dough.
-American Eagle has a pretty good XS selection. Their stuff is cut nicely, but some of the shirts do billow in the back.
-Hollister small is roughly equivalent to XS. However, sleeves will be a bit long, and some of it will billow.
-H&M's XS selection is not great, since most of their widely-available stuff only comes in small.
-J. Crew has XS for abhorrent prices.
-GAP XS is really like a Large that had it's sleeves shortened and cuffs shrinked.
-For really cheap shirts, just type in "shirt xs" on eBay. There are tons of Korean/Hong Kong shirts for about $20-$25 a pop ($10 for the shirt, $15 for shipping), but these are really low quality and have a lot of spandex stretch in the material.

For suits, it depends how long your arms are. I'm 5'5, 140 pounds, and I can fit a Calvin Klein Kids Size 18 (and I still need the arms shortened and waist suppressed). Macy's carries this in large abundance.
