Just got my first shirt in from WW Chan. The fit is a little off in the shoulders as well as the arm length.

Anyone out there have any tips as to how to proceed from here? Is it best to call? Email? Send a photo?

I'm in Los Angeles and this is my first time trying to adjust the fit of something that's been made for me not in person.

Thanks.

Their customer service is great. You can email or phone them and tell them what the problem is and more than likely they'll fix it.

Dragon8 is correct and letting them know now is certainly a good idea, but I am assuming you can just wait till they come over next and have Patrick adjust, no?

Welcome!

Let them know (by calling or emailing) and ask if you should rather send it or meet them at the next tour. My guess is that they will take care of it.

Thanks, guys.

Selfishly I'd like to not wait until the next tour, but as this is my first shirt with these guys I'd rather it be done right. That'll make it easy from here on out.

The next tour is next month, so you don't have terribly long to wait. I will second the previous statements that W.W. Chan is a wonderful outfit to do business with. I'll be seeing Patrick on this tour, and maybe we'll bump into each other!

Any idea when in July they'll be in the LA area? Last time they came through I wanted to have a suit made so badly. Might take the plunge this go-around!
