Dear style consultants :)

I apologize for not having a photo of a shirt of my own, but nonetheless, this issue gets on my nerves and I really need the opinion of people who are more familiar with shirts and fabrics than me.

I recently purchased a set of bespoke shirts from an asian shirtmaker, who regularly tours throughout the world and makes a stop in my town twice a year. On the shirts I purchased, the thing that irritates me, is that all sleeves have wrinkles as depicted in this example:

In this example, you can see, that there are no such wrinkles (at least not as much):

Of course, with this in my mind, I wander through the streets and encounter lots of other men wearing shirts, that do not show these specific wrinkles. Can you please educate me, if these wrinkles are to be considered as normal?
Or do these relate to the fabric? Or a too small chest/sleeve/sleeve pitch?
