who makes shoes for saks

I was at off 5th today and they had a number of shoes with their house brand at reasonable prices. They seemed to be decent quality if not fantastic and I'm guessing Italian in origin. Any one know who make these for them?

These did not state a country of origin. I guess they are not as reasonably priced as they initially appeared. Possibly manufactured for outlet sale?

Jack.. I was at a Saks Off 5th Ave today in the Dallas area.

Look under the tongues of the shoes.. they will probably say.. leather shell, leather interior, leather soles.. Made in China.

Still... $149 for Saks shoes.. ?????
