Where to get suits like Obama?

Putting politics aside, I really like the style of Obama's suits. Like him, I'm a tall, skinny guy, and I find that most suits fit me like a potato sack or a box, they are cut for someone much larger. Are there any RTW suits that are similar to what he wears, more of a slimmer fit, or do you have to go MTM/bespoke for that?

A good tailor is everything! I'm far from tall but like you off the rack suits look boxy or frumpy on me. I have a great tailor in my area who can tailor my suits for usually under $50 and give me the cut and definition I'm after. Unless it's tailor made I find OTR/RTW suits require some sort of alteration.
