Where can I find short, tapered shirts?

I have a chronic problem with buying clothes. Being a 5'3 guy, I can't find right fitting shirts. I have a relatively short body, tapered down to the waistline, and they're always too long, and taper out instead of in. But when they're short enough, they happen to be narrow on the top/shoulders. The same problem applies to jackets, and all other "topwear".

Does anyone here know of a store, brand, site, etc which makes/sells short shirts, tapered in to fit the contour of the body? Relaxed and wide in the shoulder area and and slightly narrowed down to the waistline area? I'm looking for that particular style but can hardly find it. Buying clothes is a major problem for me.

Read the post again before you tell me to go to the tailor.

P.S. All types of shirts, dress shirts, polo shirts, tees, etc.

How long are you looking for?
I wear Ruehl no. 925 in size S and it's a 25 inch long shirt from the collar seam to the bottom of the back but the sleeves are 36 inches. The chest is 21 inches and the waist is 19. So it has a nice taper and it's short, but I'm guessing the sleeves are way too long for you.You could probably try to like turn it into a double cuff or something maybe.
