i found this forum looking for this coat so i figure this would be the best place to ask this question.
i found a coat looking across the internet, but they didnt have my size and go figure they had the price half off. anyone have any reccomendations on brands that sell a similiar chesterfield for a reasonable price? yes it is out of season but with a style like this im hoping company's just re-do it every season

Truth be told its a classic, I'm sure any designer by todays standard would have such an offering in their collections? I myself own two, one from Boss in black the other Banana Republic in beige.

im actually making the move to NYC and im wondering for the winter, would a merino wool cut the cold enough? im moving from AZ and im lucky if i ever had to carry an umbrella let alone a topcoat.
and yes i am a newbie so what color topcoat coats cover what color suits? any help would be appreciated.

Navy and charcoal probably are the best choices. There's no need to coordinate with the color of the suit underneath.

What do you consider a reasonable price?
