I love The Birds and Rolling Stone, but can't get my head round Trust Issues. One of my favourite artists of the year, for sure. I take it you don't recommend listening to The Noise?

Luckily, it's a bit more structurally interesting than that. I'd recommend against reading Perich's interviews, though: he's one of those rare cases where knowing what the artist intended does nothing good for the music at ALL (not to mention his overall pretentiousness).
