My new PT went through the whole assessment process with me this past Friday, hooked me up to the machine to test body fat %age (forget what it's called, the one where they hook up wires to your hands, foot etc). Came out 6.4%. 176 lbs and 11 lbs of total body fat. That is insane. I mean I don't basically have any fat on me at this point, but I went in thinking about 9%.

Electro-current has a +/- 5% margin of error if I recall correctly.

In my prime I was at 4%. Right now I'm around 7% or so.

5'9" 165 lbs.
16% according to a dunk test.

Like most everyone in this thread, I vastly underestimated my bodyfat% prior to being dunked.

I'm 6'3" and 200lbs. I would estimate around 10%-11% for me. All of my abdominals are visible but I'm not deeply shredded.
