    i'm in awe! you guys are rocking it. last night i fixed grilled swordfish and corn on the cob. i feel like such a plebe.

    I was just poking fun. I meant to ask you. Would you recommend the wine pairing with the tasting menu at Le Bernardin? Last time I did a wine pairing, I felt dizzy after the 7th glass. Is it mostly white wines with the fish?

    I did their 'grand' pairing back in November. It was fine, but I tend to be fairly anti-pairings in the first place.

    Yeah. I don't think I know enough about wine, or the subtleties in flavor, to really enjoy it as much as some.
