As the title says! I'm looking for a shirt, tie, pants, PS and shoes to wear with these jackets.

    Thanks in advance.

    What am I missing ?

Grey trousers, blue shirt, dark knit / grenadine tie, one of your own drakes PS is the standard SF look. Should look great with both.

It would be a pants in exactly the same color or a different color. You can also attract ne tie and a hat to.

Sounds good. The main thing I was unsure about were the trousers and tie... I'll try to get those items together and post a picture (maybe even wearing them!) [IMG]

I have a coat similar to the grey one and I like to wear it with khaki chinos and either a blue or pink OCBD.

This thread, particularly the graphic on page 2 may help some. Personally, I've given up on grey jackets outside of wearing them casually with jeans. YMMV.

what's wrong with the grey jacket and jeans combo? perhaps this is coming from a college student perspective, but on a weekend, go to look usually gravitates towards grey tweed jacket with light blue button down and jeans. a v-neck sweater also adds some nice variation but these jackets look versatile enough to pair with a lot of things, as long as you choose complimenting colors

Both of those jackets are @ss ugly, IMO, but the recommendations that others posted are close to what I was thinking.

Maybe a light-colored trousers can work with it, have you tried those?

You can surely find a better suited PS from your own stuff. I wear the other 3 things with all my SCs.

I'll second LBC Demon -- I think a gray jacket with pink oxford shirt, brown tie, tan trousers, and burgundy shoes is a really beautiful combination. I dunno if that would give you enough blue to work well with the overcheck in that particular glen plaid, but you'll come up with something.

The blue shirt / blue tie / gray trews look above would, of course, work with both. I think the green jacket is crying out for a pocket square with a nice large scale paisley that picks up on that great blue in the check. Were the gray one mine, I would lay a two-color block stripe repp tie against it, for a somewhat '30s combination. That might not work, but it harms nobody to hold a tie up to it and find out.

You got me backwards, I said outside of that context.
