My close college buddy is getting married in Newport tomorrow. I've decided to wear a black herringbone suit (yes, I've one black suit and this is it). I thought of wearing a navy but I'm going black. Anyway. Outfit: Black herringbone suit White dress shirt with barrel cuffs The tie in the middle of the picture (charcoal with pink flowers) But which pocket square? From clockwise (maroon with pink circles, pink linen square, pink floral square, purple and pink funky geometric square, pink/white gingham and in the middle is a purple, magenta, pink and light pink square. Please let me know. Cheers

Also, if I wore pink striped socks, would that be okay or would it be too pink?

Cheers

I sort of like the floral one. It intensifies the pattern in the tie in a tasteful way, but then I also like the maroon one with pink circles because I think that it references the colours of the tie in the best manner (although hard to tell merely from photos).

If those were the only choices I would go with the pink linen or pink floral.

For a wedding I would choose a tie where black was not the dominant color.

The tie is actually dark grey.

Should I do a poof or a TV or a regular square?

That grey is too dark for my taste, for a wedding.

I would do a poof.

If the tie is grey (looked brown to me) then definitely the floral one in a tasteful poof.
