May want to check out www.antiquewatchco.com. I've heard good things about them and had planned on stopping by someday soon to see about having a 60-year-old Lord Elgin looked at (first anniversary gift from my mother to my father, so it has a lot of sentimental value)

Bowers Watch Service near the Fedex on Cheshire was recommended to me by a local collector. I have not yet used them but I met the owner and he seems knowledgeable.

If it's vintage, I'd recommend a Hamilton authorized service center. Depending on how hard to find the parts are, that may well be your only option.
