I would just ebay for them. Do a search for ADIDAS SAMBA and select size 9 and "new" in the finder. Add the search to your "favorite searches" and whenever somone lists an item matching that criteria on eBay, you'll get an e-mail. Here's one that's already listed:

bid at $55 shipped to canada
buy-it-now at $65 shipped to canada
You could also try emailing the seller of ebay item 7767542037 to see if he will ship his brand new size 9 sambas to you in Canada. Bidding on that auction starts at just 19.99, so you may be able to get a good deal, if he'll ship to you.
