Decided to keep the alta. When i got it, felt like i might have preferred black or olive but it's grown on me. It's warm and roomy enough for a baggy hoodie. I rarely go against the intended fit of my size, but this one might be one that I could size down and not feel like it looks off. I dislike the leather drawstring stoppers, would prefer spring clips.

I wasn't sold oirignally on the collar strap but its defintely a piece I have warmed too more. Looks great here and that is the best colourway IMO.

This is a fairly common question I imagine but can’t seem to find anything definitive in the thread.

The new kerchiefs. How much bigger we talking? I’m usually a 5 in Visvim except the more oversized stuff like six-five where I’m a 4 and probably could wear a 3.

with the kerchief I’d want a slim fit rather than a baggy one. From measurements people have on listings, 3 or 4 seems feasible. From those that have it, would sizing down to a 3 be too much? I see chest length of around 23-24 inches on a 3 which seems doable for me but don’t want to risk it and 4 seems a safer bet. My actual chest 42. Any help appreciated

I would say 4. I wear 5 in most things from vis. I can wear a 4 in lumbers, jumbos things like that but still get five for the extra room. I was able to comfortably fit in the 4 and the 5 for the new kerchief but went with the 5 for the little extra room. One of the associates at the store said going tts will give you a jacket fit. While going down one is more like a shirt fit. I think the latter is what you are looking for, aslimmer look. 4 should do that

Employee at the LA store went TTS. He says that they fit perfect.
Thanks, unfortunately none in my size, but I'm leaning toward the Rolands now in an effort to be less boring and more orthotic Grandpa shoe interesting (my wife's words).

If you are curious about sizing for Roland Joggers, I went tts. They are uncomfortable for the first day or so btw. They feel pretty comfortable now though.

this is quite common, unfortunately, I have not found a fix, I've tried wiping them down with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover, it helped to get some of the dirt off, but otherwise I believe it's just a breakdown of the rubber over time with UV exposure.
