I searched but didn't see that videos were posted on how hoes were made. I ran across these on YouTube and thought they were pretty cool.

Hoes are made over time. They need to be nurtured. They need to gain your trust. They need to feel dependent on you.
And no matter what anyone says....quality matters!

It's important to have an handmade production for the shoes but it's also important the quality of all the materials, especially the leather.

There are now literally hundreds and hundreds of shoemaking videos out there...some of them blatantly promotional, some of them roughly ten years or more in advance of the skill level of the maker. Some good, some almost embarrassingly quotidian...even clumsy...but all purporting to be instructional.

And most falling well short of the mark.

IMO.
