Wasn’t cheap, but not terrible. Price was just under $150, but that covered labor, shipping to/from and insurance. Aram sent me a shipping label after my order.

On a pair of $1100 boots I guess it isn’t bad.
Maybe I need to buy me a press and offer this service in Canada.

I've had speedhooks installed by Aram, good dude. I've never pondered the blind eyelet swap until now. Those have kept me from getting a pair of boots or two.

I'm thinking of picking these up.

What do you want to know? I haven't worn mine yet but they are really cool!! it looks more like a matte leather than it does a nubuck/suede. There is still very fine nap, i wouldn't say its uber waxy if at all compared to Horween chamois. Its a real thick unlined leather. The look and the feel, i love em!

I think these will be very heavy duty, but wont be easy to keep pristine. So if you're more of building boot patina, this is for you.
