Gotta share my lost&found natural cxl service boots. They are my most worn boots this past fall and winter. The leather is so thick beat my Alden indys. The patina is great, just wipe and brush.

This might be a stupid question, but where do you guys typically purchase your Vibergs from? I've been looking to purchase my first pair, but can't find any shops that have the "staples" in stock

Really wish I had been able to pick up a pair of the unglazed natural shell Vibergs! Those looked awesome.

Generally I hate perforated leather -- never seen a pair I liked until now. Those are just a sample so it's not like I can jump on those but I'd be pretty tempted if it were an opinion.

I'm just surprised no one has complained about the slippers not being made on stitchdown. I mean just think of all the hazardous conditions one encounters while hiking from the couch to the fridge. Some people may even have stairs in their house they need to climb up and down.

I would buy from a place that:
a) has free exchanges or returns
b) stocks half-sizes

I think it's important to figure out your size on the various lasts or at least figure out your sizing on a popular last (e.g. 2030) and then use forum guidance if you want a pair of shoes on a different last.

I like:
1) NMWA
2) Superdenim
3) Rivet and Hide

There are a ton of good stockists out there though and other people know better than I do.

My small Viberg rotation. Commando is a beast in the snow & mud. Lugs tend to attract sticks and rocks (my wife reminds me of this every time I walk the dog) .
