You should post this on the Streetwear thread. You will get better help there.

^Agree with the above.

Anyway, in answer to your question, it's hard to tell 100% from the faraway pics and such, but at first glance they look pretty fake to me. The fonting and labeling on the inside look off. In any case, it appears you were looking to buy a pair of jeans that say "Versace" on them as many times as possible. Fake or not, you are going to get that.

I have a few pairs of real Versace jeans from since they changed the tags and name (it used to be "Gianni Versace" and is now just "Versace") and the logoing is actually quite subtle. No huge "VERSACE" marks or medusas spread everywhere. In fact, the only medusa is on the rivets.

Fake. The waisband gives it away - "Versace" is never alone on the garment or tag unless Versace top line (which no longer exist on jeans). On jeans, it MUST be labelled under one of diffusion lines: in case of jeans, these are "Versace Sport", Versace Jeans Couture", "Versace Classic V2" [now Versace Classic] or Versus. and like someone above pointed ouit, I have never seen large medusas so flagrantly displayed on any Versace jeans except fakes. Usually on jeans the medusa is only on the rivets. The medusa is also ONLY used on top line (previously Gianni Versace Couture; now Versace) --> the one exception is that it can be used on Versace Jeans Couture line but only on rivets or tags. Also, Versace Jeans (all lines I am told) are made by Ittierre sPa - doesn't appear to be one (most sellers will photograph it).

Most importantly, check this person's feedback and see how many pairs of these jeans he/she has sold. There are heaps. Always a good indicator. ;-)

All in all, my opinion is that this is an undoubted fake. Versace jeans are fantastic (I own about half a dozen spanning 20 years - still have my 1st pair from 1988) and authentic ones on eBay go for the priced this seller is selling his "fakes" for. Do your homework. Caveat Emptor!
