Trying to salvage this S&M suit for my fiance to wear at our wedding. How bad is it??

The jacket is too short.

The bottom of the pants need to be fixed. I don't know why they're crumpled like that.

You need to find a good tailor.

Jacket is a bit too short, but nothing outrageously bad. You can't turn a $350 RTW suit into a $5k bespoke suit.
