The hell? What did he do?
i think the pic he posted of himself in his underwear was enough to tip him over - especially after a bunch of warnings, constant general irritation, and at least 3 time outs.

Kinda new to this thread but I vote to bring Conne back.

Maybe I'm in the minority but when someone's so generally outrageous, I don't really sweat anything he writes. And every now and again, he comes up with some pretty funny stuff.

Styleforum Cap and Trade? Interesting idea. I wonder what sort of regulations would need to be in place to allow it to run smoothly.

Well, speak of the devil. I spent a huge chunk of grad school and beyond studying them. Shall I give my usual lecture about what needs to happen to have a socially efficient market? Some engineer-type will have to fill in the blanks about computer stuff.

Wasn't Soph in a very distant third?

IMO, he's not nearly douchey enough to represent SF in a douche-off.

No ad hominem attacks, not even in Current Events. I have timed Eason out for a few days for a cooling off period. Anyone who retaliates in kind to his remarks will face similar censure.

What happened to the "Osama Enables Escape!" thread? I may have missed something, but it didn't seem to get anywhere near the standard for nastiness normally required to evaporate a thread.

No, no, you misunderstand. I am Captain Anti-Anti-America. Sort of like Vindicator, except not Canadian.
