I would like to blend the rock style with the classy/preppy style. Thoughts? Be harsh if necessary. If you have better suggestions, please let me know. Your input will be highly appreciated!!

I hate the tshirt but I like the cardi.

Think about what that shirt would look like under an even 1/2 button cardi. You'll catch the tail end of that obnoxiously placed tshirt logo plus random hints of ribbon or flowers or whatever the hell is on that shirt. Personally, I think the black ink of the shirt will not look good with the dark blue of the cardi.

My point is it's going to look cluttered and busy, it would look better with a solid color tshirt, or even a striped or pattered tshirt IMHO

Plus that type of shirt stopped being "rock" style a while ago when all the Amjack guys and Joeys started wearing Affliction and Drifter shirts at clubs where they play crap like Brittany Spears and Nelly, now it's just kinda trendy.

i would not have considered a graphic t as being rock style.
plus the black and blues will not do anything for eachother - bad match.

Would a black shirt work?

What color combination with the navy blue cardigan do you recommend?

Thanks!

This just reminds me how much I hate Affliction stuff. You probably don't want to wear this combo unless you really believe in XTREME CARDIGANS.

Cardigan looks clean. LIke the higher neck. Most vnecks and cardigans these days have the lower V. Not a fan of the tshirt.

That T-shirt actually says "Xtreme" Couture.

In ten years from now that t-shirt will be a hipster ironic t-shirt thrift store find of the day.

Horrible t-shirt.

The cardigan is sporty...wear something sporty with it. You wouldn't want to eat mint and jerky together, would you? They just don't work.

Wear the cardigan with a white oxford.
