Thoughts on these shoes?

Was thinking about picking these shoes up. I don't know much about older florsheims, but the fact that they are brown wingtips, in my size, and apparently unworn is intriguing. Would they be a good pick-up assuming the price doesn't get out of hand? Haha true, I guess I am assuming the price will rise from there, but regardless my question had more to do with the quality of the shoe. Whether I buy the shoes for $40 or $100, I would rather not have to try to resell them b/c the quality is questionable

Older florsheims were made solid as they are now but more along the lines of AE. I would take them
