That's Thom Browne.

There are two capes in Black Fleece though that have a similar shape and arm slots.

Yea those women's looks are gorgeously nice. I think we're focusing on the wrong TB line.

FWIW, anyone can go check out the Black Fleece line at the Madison Avenue store. I was in the shop returning some things at lunch at had a look. Some interesting pieces, some simply outlandish. The shirts looked okay, but are also sized 1,2,3 etc.

There wasn't a whole lot on display, and half the room is women's clothing.
