lol... I was commenting on the comment that they might be CJ, which I thought was strange since their advertisement says they are made in Italy.

I'm sure they were made by Crockett e Jones Forza, a diffusion line based in Milano, founded by the son-in-law of Sir James Crockett, Francesco D'Attenza.

As far as quality. I don't think the Andando is comparable even to the previous Italian styles, which weren't English quality, but weren't too bad either. I still wear the Astor.

If I remember correctly, there is a thread which mentions that particular Italian manufacturer also made shoes for Gucci.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
