I’m here more to consume advice than give it, so you can take what I’m about to say with a grain of salt: this cut gives off Nigel cabourn vibes (in a good way). Like it looks more like actual workwear than the same stuff in a slimmer or tapered profile. Similar to what others said above I could also see you with a tucked in tee and one of those Pendleton type shackets I think you have open over it.

I often wear similar stuff. My 2 cents: roll up sleeves, untuck shirt and unbutton second button. Add gray T and interesting watch or bracelet.

The belt's too long. A cobbler should be able to easily shorten it for you
