It’s completely unlined so very light in my opinion. I usually wear jackets in the summer with sleeveless dinner shirts or tanks and now painted vests haha....so that makes it even lighter for my comfort. I could even get away with it in formal surroundings as long as I don’t take off my jacket no one is the wiser. When my “winter” rolls around a nice silk or cashmere fitted knit would be my go to under the jacket. The trousers are pretty much linen weight.
