Noob, definitely your best fit...

Saw the Lucien Freud exhibit in London, thought it was pretty great

Noob great fit! I like the statues just bekaws :D

See I'm not a fan of this sneaker tuck....it's just kind of sloppy with those pants and the whole thing just doesn't balance. This is generally the problem with sneaker tuck.

Whoah, thanks for the thumbs and comments, guys. Much appreciated!
:fistbump:

Regarding sneaker tucks, here is 100% of my thinking on the matter:

Man, these are some *bad-ass ******* shoes*. If I don't stuff my hem down there, people might miss out on these *bad-ass ******* shoes*!

I am getting my jeans slimmed, based on you guys' advice. If there is like a standard hem width that pairs well with high tops (even 7.25" looks sloppy) please let me know.

Guys - thanks for all the thumbs on the park picture. I wish I could read all the comments - not sure how to do that, I only see the last 10 or so in the pop window...

Anyhow - some people asked me for details: I'm wearing the FW11 Schneider merino coat over a burgundy stark over a Taylor Stitch shirt. Jeans are KMW Rocker, and the unseen shoes are gats. My boy is wearing a J Crew peacoat - oversized steeze - and burnt orange cords. He's a bit of a peacock. Picture was taken at the Parc de Bruxelles, so typical french gardens with a lot of gravel and not a lot of grass... Didn't see many Ann D and Schneider looks in Brussels...

I think the Schneider picture and close-up is particularly interesting in showing the two types of cloths used in that coat. Most pictures don't really show that there's two different shades of navy used for the various panels. That's one of the reasons I love that coat (the other color ways don't have these nuances)

I get that but rather than people going "those are some bad-ass ******* shoes", they're going "that dude looks kinda weird with his pants tucked into his shoes".

I wouldn't get the pants slimmed, they're nice pants, I'd just wear them with different footwear and get some really stacky jeans if you want to tuck your Lavinz. I don't think it's a mathematical hem width equation you just have to get the right cut. I mostly tuck my Attachment J shapes.
