I wish Leatherfoot opened after CETA. It probably would have made things easier for them (i.e. more competitive) if they didn’t have to pay duties.

Their wholesale costs would have been 17% lower, which combined with the cheaper dollar, could have made them a forum favorite like the armory.

Does anyone use a leather apron when polishing and working on their shoes? Where did you buy it?

Nope. No use for it, I think the chances of leather actually getting on clothes is low. I also wear older clothes when polishing so it wouldn't matter as much.

Never did MTM with them, but I would guess half canvassed soft tailoring? Either way, they make nice casual pieces.

I bought one of their sport coats from the outlet for something like $199. Tweedy texture with the gilette. Very nice piece and half canvassed. They also make for private labels as well.

cool thanks will keep that in mind and try to go on Friday. Im not really looking at bespoke more interested in seeing whats being offered as RTW. Might also go to Holts, Harrys, and Saks to see what they have
