I think burgundy (#8) works with charcoal

Very much so. #8 works well with gray, blue and charcoal.both the lighter #8 and the darker version.

RMB35 great week. Question on Tuesday...what last is that Alden on? I have been for a comparison shot off Galway and Barrie last..this may have been as close as I have found if those Aldens are on barrie

thanks for the info
That Alden is on the modified last. If I can remember, I’ll take a side by side of the Galaway and a Barrie last Alden for you tonight.

Just noticed this after I took off my SuitSupply shell PTB's today.

The fit on these is damn near perfect, I had hoped that one day these would get resoled in Danite.

But looking close it looks like a few stitches were a bit too close to the edge and have let go.

I see no way this could be repaired and may just keep getting worse.

What do you guys think?

So I have sent the pic to a few repair shops and all say "the repair stitching will be obvious". So this is not good news I asked how bad and could the stitching be done to both shoes so at the least there is a match. Waiting on a reply.
