I've got a somm buddy who slings bottles at a Michelin-star place in Chelsea and his mission in life is to convince more Brits to drink their own sparklers. Hambledon, Nyetimber, Gusbourne other good names.

South Australia is not a renowned Pinot Noir producer but this while young is a very interesting & entertaining organic example… great with pizza
