my favorite cardigan is this Maison Martin Margiela brown cardigan with elbow patches..

i saw it in a martin margiela shop the winter before last and wanted it then.. but when i came back they had sold out dont suppose anyone has it and willing to sell? i want it!

Never could get into the whole belted-cardi/bathrobe thing. Those EG ones look like they're really awkwardly shaped too.

^ They are awkward, but they do look better when worn on a person. The bulkiness around the shoulders and sleeves occurs on most hand knit sweaters due to how the sleeves must be put on.

^I have lusted after those EG belted cardigans for a while now, also always loved this Robert Geller oversized cardi from f/w08, Geller in general had some great knit pieces that season. A little too expensive for me, but still, love it anyways.
