I really like those! Are those the ones with the flex sole?

receipt was a small piece of thermopaper from POS which became cristal white in several monthes) but I have it anyway. I don't know their policy either, because they stop to respond. That is why my review of alden international customer service - it is awful. Spent more than 1000$ (403 offline price in that closed shop) on defected boots I can't wear and didn't get any answer on this issue

With pictures. I had a similar problem with my Alden of DC #8 captoe boots and emailed Alden. They took care of me and restored the boots.

Yes, as I mentioned in an earlier post, I recently had two pairs of Alden boots where the eyestays were coming loose from the vamp. I e-mailed Alden with photos, they told me to send the boots in, which I did. The boots were repaired and returned to me all within the span of 2 days.

I gotta say, of all the many iterations is the Indy boot that have ever existed, those recent mahogany shell pairs are my favorite.
