The best part of this is your 'before' shoe collection looks exactly like the thick rubber soled abominations 90% of guys wear. Hahaha a pile o KC crap was your starting point and looked what SF did to you...made you drop 8K on shoes, good stuff

This is a great encouragement to those of us only beginning our sartorial journey.

So, yes - old shoes, ties, shirts, etc will be donated this year. I guess one other thing to note is I did lose 30+ lbs., going from a 42/40 jacket to 38, and 9.5US shoe to 9US. Those Chelsea boots are too big for me now, though I do still wear them on occasion. Can't get a good polish on that lousy leather though.

I can certainly post a couple good watch before/after - but I'm hesitant to do so because they were from a few years ago, well before I found SF. Everything else so far has been post-SF, including the eventual upcoming suit and SCs (and fits as well - I never had my suits altered beyond hemming and waist previously). I still have a way to go in regards to fit, but I'm on my way.

So LMK if you would still like me to get around to watches too at some point, despite it not truly fitting in with the theme.

Oh, and the OP has been updated to include shoe deets for those that are inquiring. Thanks again all.

That's the biggest transformation out of all these new gears. Good job!
