Tailorstore.com shirt critique

My second attempt at a tailorstore.com shirt. It has been washed twice and ironed. Measurements were taken off a couple of my other shirts.

This is the cheapest fabric. It is quite rough, but acceptable given the price was $50.

There appears to be loose fabric around the lower back and sleeves, and some bunching around the shoulders at the back. Is this normal? How to correct this?

I'm wondering if the back issue can be solved with better tucking

I think you need a smaller shoulder measurement and a shorter lower sleeve measurement to get rid of the under arm bunching.
