Hi!
What is your opinion about checkered flannel shirt and sweater vest on top, combination?
I like sweater vests, and i would like to wear them casually any/everywhere and at workspace too (not office or something formal), so i think that checkered or plaid type shirt (flannel or flannel type) would give that casual look.
For example think of this shirt:
and on top a navy blue sweater vest (not a thick one which is more formal, but a simple cotton one) like this:
If i wear them with a plain white or light blue shirt, or maybe a patterned shirt, i feel it is more formal than i want it. Although i plan to wear a plain white shirt some times, i mainly care for the casual outfits i could have with it, like with a flannel or a checkered shirt (flannel type).
So what it is your opinion and what other options would you suggest?
(I like and i want to wear sweater vests, so please do not recommend me not to wear them, as i like the style & look, and i like the mobility they offer. I don't care if they look nerdy or whatever (i've read it somewhere lol). I wear them daily during autumn/winter/spring so i need some outfit ideas. The fit would be ok, as i know that it is very important).
Thanks in advance!
