SuitSupply quality: Would you exchange this jacket?

I recently exchanged my Eu 46 Suit Supply Havana jacket to the 23 which is basically a short version of that. This one seems to fit better as the regular 46 was too tight as well. Please critique the fit below as well.

However, the new one has some loose threads and piling. I contacted the SS support in hopes of receiving a discount code for an accessories purchase or something. They suggested that I actually exchange it for a new one. The problem is that I need the jacket next Thursday and it probably won't make it by then.

Honestly, I don't think it's that bad, wool blazer is bound to pile, no? I'm pretty clueless, though. They also offered to pay for fixing it with a tailor which I'll definitely do if I don't send it back. In any case excellent CS from SS.

So, what would you recommend I do?

Here's some pics of the FIT http://imgur.com/a/F72nk as well. My chest size is close to 38"/96cm so I was a bit worried the 23/36s would be too tight. However, I believe it fits good atm and hopefully I won't bulk up too much.

Looks fine to me, photos are not the best but that type of open weave is susceptible to this, and I'd just trim off the excess threads with a pair of scissors.

Props to SS for offering such a good set of options to you though.

Jacket looks tight. Shoulders too small. Sleeves are not draping cleanly.

Yeah, I think it looks worse in that pic than it actually is put it is damn close. Why I don't want to size up is the fact I'll have to go with short sizes and those have one size larger waist. I'm 5'8 and weigh about 147lb. Maybe I'll order the 38s as well..

The waist of a jacket can easily be altered. The shoulders can't.
