You can't cook steaks that thin, unless you want complete **** steaks. I would never endorse a steak like that. **** those steaks.

I feel like that as someone of Asian American descent I should really know and care more about who Andrew Yang is but for some reason I can’t take him seriously. It probably has to do with those ****** steaks he’s attempting to grill.

I bought a whole lamb for the freezer once. Took me about two months to eat my way through it. Half a cow is probably doable if you have a spare freezer in the garage and a decent butcher to help you break it down for maximum yield.

^ Thanks. I don't know that it really worked out more economical but it's a good learning experience to cook your way through the entire beast and try to figure out the best way of approaching each cut.

We've had good luck with Costco chest freezers. We have two now and they live in our garage. Under $200, and I'm probably jinxing myself here, but one of them is well over a decade old and going strong.
