Kopped a box of omaha steak type of thing for a good price. Tbh the steaks arent the best but i have like two years worth of meat. Will be borrowing my buddys sous vide because they're thinish and i have a cast iron flat top.

Also plenty of strips for fajitas and some good looking patties. Never buy filet mignon but I guess now i can do some surf and turf or whatever
